The need to promote and strengthen mathematical reasoning by mental calculation causes the development of a proprietary digital tool for lower primary (first, second and third grade) in which students can solve basic operations, memorize, and fully understanding through a digital, portable and entertaining materials. MadMath acquires all these characteristics and contain technological features such as scalability, portability and improved digital tool once it exceeds the testing stage.

MadMath's intention is that the student will be able to develop a skill in understanding operations and increasing mental speed when solving mathematical problems. Through this training material we hope that students increase their ability in mental arithmetic and get to memorize the basic operations of two digits.

Technology advances and education must follow, therefore, changing learning methods are necessary because generations are being more influenced by it. MadMath is a fun and easy way to review what was already seen in class. The goal is that students achieve the ability to apply knowledge quickly and as accurate as possible. This not only helps you in the math area but also in solving everyday problems to promote decision-making and dispute operations.

Wendy K. Drexler , Ph.D. in educational technology from the University of Florida, has investigated how students create their own learning using the skills that provide the use of Technology  and how its incorporation in the classroom facilitates the acquisition of skills and abilities, building fundamental knowledge and intellectual skills in the methods of teaching - learning . The student must be able to effectively apply knowledge through research processes , collaborative work, and mathematical reasoning with an efficient use of technology in order to achieve meaningful learning.

MadMath is a digital tool that aims to develop the student to achieve the following skills:

a) Machining basic math.

b ) Increase the ability to resolve transactions by mental calculation.

c ) Solve the basic operations of two digits ( addition, subtraction, and multiplication )

d ) Increase mental speed user in solving mathematical problems.
